Are prices shown with or without VAT?
The prices shown include 19% German VAT — the amount displayed is the final amount. As a business customer with a valid VAT ID from another EU country, the reverse-charge procedure applies automatically.
What happens if I need more than 3 domains?
On the Pro plan you can add more domains at any time for €19/month (incl. VAT). If you regularly need 6+ domains, switching to Agency pays off (15 domains included, white-label, team features).
Which plan is EAA compliant?
From Starter onwards you get AI fix suggestions — essential for an EAA-compliant website. Monitoring and the accessibility statement generator are available from Pro onwards.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both. With yearly billing you get 2 months free (≈ 17% discount). You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time.
How does cancellation work?
Through the customer portal with a single click. No minimum term, no hidden clauses. With monthly billing, the plan ends at the next billing date.
